At SewMelanie, all physical products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party Print on Demand (POD) company. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage you to double-check your order details, including sizes, colors, and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send a photo of the issue and your order number to info@sewmelanie.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
