Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

All quilting patterns are delivered as instant digital downloads. After your purchase is complete, you'll receive:

• An immediate email with your download link
• Access to download files from your account page
• PDF patterns optimized for home printing

No physical items will be shipped for digital pattern purchases.

Physical Products (Finished Sewn Items)

Processing & Mailing Schedule

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase
• All physical orders ship on Saturday following your order
• Example: Order placed Monday-Friday → Ships the following Saturday
• Orders placed Saturday-Sunday → Ship the next Saturday (within 7 days)

Shipping Methods & Times

Domestic (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express

International Shipping

• Available to select countries
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days)
• Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

Shipping Rates

• Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Free shipping on domestic orders over $75

Tracking

• All orders include tracking information
• Tracking numbers emailed once order ships
• You can also track from your account page

• SewMelanie is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services
• Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
• International customers: Please verify your address includes all required information for your country
